A farmhouse with a rich history, a story still unfolding
A house with many lives
MAS TULSÀ, THEN AND NOW
Mas Tulsà is a 12th-century farmhouse located in Pla de l'Estany. Its stone walls, old stables and the chapel of Santa Maria hold traces of the people who lived and worked here long before us.
Over the years, the house has changed, adapting to each era and the people who have called it home. Today, we continue to uncover its past while writing, in our own way, a new chapter in its story.
Traces of the past
CENTURIES OF HISTORY WITHIN THESE WALLS
Some corners of Mas Tulsà tell stories without the need for words. Some have been here for centuries; others were discovered during the renovation. Each one helps us understand a little better what life in this house used to be like.

Two arches, a clue to the past
During the renovation, two stone arches were discovered on the first floor, in the south-facing area of the old stables.
The architects suggested that they might date back to a time before the medieval period, although there is no documented dating to confirm this yet.
A little mystery that forms part of Mas Tulsà's history.

The Chapel of Santa Maria
The Chapel of Santa Maria is one of the most distinctive corners of the property.
Its restoration is part of Mas Tulsà's recent history, and today it is one of those places that invite you to slow down, admire the stonework and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Memories of the land
Among the old stonework around the property, we find small reminders of its agricultural past, such as an old stone washbasin beside the chapel and a millstone.
These simple details remind us that, for a long time, Mas Tulsà was also a place where people worked the land.

A story we're still discovering
THE MANY LIVES OF MAS TULSÀ
We don't know every chapter of Mas Tulsà's history. But each discovery made during the renovation, every preserved corner and the memories of people who were born or lived here help us piece together its past.
We like to think there are still many stories waiting to be discovered. And that, in a way, everyone who comes to spend a few days here becomes part of that story too.
We live here, and Mas Tulsà is part of our everyday life
A SHARED PROJECT
Mas Tulsà is our home, but also a project that we are building and growing together as a family. Living here allows us to know every corner, take care of the little things every day and stay close to the people who come to enjoy it.

Xènia

Xènia puts her heart into every detail of Mas Tulsà. She loves welcoming our guests, making them feel at home and taking care of the little things that make every stay special. She also works closely with couples who choose the farmhouse to celebrate their wedding, helping them create a unique and meaningful day.
Dani

For Dani, Mas Tulsà is much more than a project: it's his home, his roots and part of his family history. He grew up connected to this farmhouse and today, together with Xènia, he continues to care for the legacy his parents passed down. He spends much of his day looking after the property, its surroundings and the animals. Passionate about nature and cycling, he loves sharing the local landscape and inviting our guests to discover it on two wheels.
A story that continues
A farmhouse that keeps
evolving
Mas Tulsà is our home and also a project we build and grow together. Living here allows us to know every corner, take care of the day-to-day and be close to the people who come to enjoy it.
Helping it grow, without losing its essence.
A story that continues
A farmhouse that keeps
evolving
Mas Tulsà has been through many chapters, and this is another one. Today, the house is still full of life: guests who come to unwind, couples celebrating their wedding, cyclists exploring the surrounding countryside and small groups coming together to share experiences.
We love seeing it this way, full of life and new stories, while continuing to care for everything that makes it unique.
Helping it grow, without losing its essence.
